The architectural design is fine, and the contemporary room aesthetics impressed me. The gym is massive, easily one of the finest I've visited. Breakfast was good, with a plethora of vegetarian options. I found the wellness area a bit crowded during peak hours.

I faced several inconveniences that considerably impacted my enjoyment. The first was the WiFi connection, quite poor. The shower in my room had issues. The water pressure caused the rain shower to disconnect, frustrating. Lastly, I was disappointed by the lack of proactive customer service when I reported these issues.

Chur, the spa area was busy as, heaps of people around, and I struggled to find some quiet time. But the gym was choice, so well-equipped!
